Synergon develops custom helpdesk processes to meet the needs of our customers. Each process is unique and developed to insure our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Call flow processes are designed and internal procedures are posted on an internal website for our helpdesk agents to reference. Tickets are opened for each service request and a unique ticket number assigned for tracking and control. Severity levels for each process are assigned to tickets as the issue is tracked through to resolution. Helpdesk operation hours are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide.
